Terms and Conditions of Contract:

1. Minimum deposit of $150.00 is required as a retainer. This deposit ensures that HG Photography will not book another function on your date and time. The deposit is non refundable.

2. Half of the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to wedding, with remaining balance due 7 days before the wedding date. The balance owed must be paid before any photographs will be processed.

3. Photographs ordered outside CD only packages will be subjected to additional fees.  Current rates are guaranteed to all orders received within six months after the wedding date.

4. This contract does not include photographic enlargements, albums, frames, or other accessories unless otherwise specified.

5. Unless agreed upon prior to any editing work, high-resolution discs will contain a mixture of color, black and white, and selective color images. An alternately colored version of a photo may be purchased at the current rate. Limited color correction and/or retouching are included at Photographer's discretion.  Client may request further changes for an additional charge. Photographer is not responsible for any prints that are not ordered directly from her. For best results, clients with the high-resolution files should order their prints through a reputable lab.

6.  If Photographer or her agent is unable to perform any or all of the duties herein for any reason, including but not limited to, weather conditions,  fire, transportation problems,  accident, illness, lighting, road closings, acts of terrorism, computer or technical problems, and if she cannot provide another competent professional, deposit received, will be returned to Client, and Photographer shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement. This limitation of liability also applies to any loss/damage of photographs or failure to deliver photographs for any reason. Liability for a partial loss of photographs shall be pro-rated based on the percentage of total. The sole remedy for any actions or claims shall be limited to a refund whose total amount cannot exceed the total monies paid by Client under this Agreement during the time preceding the date on which such liability arises. Haizey Grey Photography takes the up most care with respect to the exposure, development and delivery of photographs. However, if the studio fails to comply with the terms of this contract, due to any event, camera malfunction, lost in shipping, being stolen, an act of God outside the control of the studio, or damaged without fault of the photographer liability is limited to the return of the retainer.

7.  All photography work is done with Digital SLR camera equipment. No film photography will be done. 

8.  All files on the CD will be in JPEG format 

9.  All digital negatives will be kept for two years from date of wedding. Upon receipt of a photo CD, Client accepts all  responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs. Photographer does not permanently archive image files. Photographer is not responsible for the lifespan of any digital media provided or for any future changes in digital technology or media readers that might result in an inability to read discs provided. It is Client's responsibility to make sure that digital files are copied to new media as required.

10.  In order to best edit your pictures, photograph packages will be delivered in approximately 8-10 weeks. Please allow 10-12 weeks during peak wedding season from May until October. An email confirmation will be sent prior to shipment.

 Photographers:

Haizey McCall will be the exclusive professional photographer hired to photograph this wedding and she may bring one assistant at her discretion. Guests are always allowed to take photos as well, and I am happy to work with them so that everyone is happy.  Please note however, additional flash from other cameras may wash out some photographs.

 Copyright and Reproductions:

Client agrees that all rights, and copyrights and/or any intellectual property rights for all photographs, taken pursuant to this agreement shall vest exclusively in the photographer. Client agrees not to make profit or enter photography in contest on any images.  The photographer may use photographs and/or digital negatives taken pursuant to this agreement in the promotion of her services.
