Photograph Packages
Put initials of the person hiring HG Photography next to the event services you are contracting for, check mark additions, and fill in total on the right. Please send to HG Photography via email or regular mail with your deposit (check or money order), and the signed contract and information sheet below.
______Event Package #1 - $300.00
For small casual gatherings. This package includes two hours of photography at your location (i.e. park, home etc.), and a CD containing high resolution image files (50-75 images).

______Event Package #2 - $450.00
Economy event package. This package includes up to four hours of photography at your event location, and a CD containing high resolution image files (100-150 images).
______Business/Website Package #1 - $400.00
Ideal for small businesses. This package includes two hours of photography at your location (i.e. business, home etc.), and a CD containing high resolution image files (50-75 images). Perfect for promoting your business or professional photos to add to your website, fliers, business cards or signs.
______Business/Website package #2 - $500.00
Economy business package. This package includes up to four hours of photography at your place of business and a CD containing high resolution image files (100-150 images). Also perfect for promoting your business or professional photos to add to your website, fliers, business cards or signs.

Terms and Conditions of Contract:
- Minimum Deposit of $150.00 is required as a retainer. This deposit ensures that HG Photography will not book another function on your date and time.
- The Photographer shall refund to the clients the retainer in full in the event of cancellation or postponement of the event up to 30 days before the event or at time of booking which ever is sooner. The retainer is not refundable after 30 days prior to the event unless photography of this event is not possible due to fire or other casualty. In this case, the Photographer shall return the money paid as retainer, to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to this Agreement. This liability (return of retainer) shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in shipping, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.
- The balance owed must be paid before any photographs will be processed.
- Photograph packages will be delivered in approximately 3-4 weeks.
Photographer:
Haizey McCall will be the exclusive professional photographer hired to photograph this event/business, and she may bring one assistant at her discretion.
Copyright and Reproductions:
Client agrees that all right, and copyrights and/or any intellectual property rights for all photographs, taken pursuant to this agreement shall vest exclusively in the photographer. The photographer may use photographs and/or negatives taken pursuant to this agreement in the promotion of her services. The right to edit content for public use is granted to the contract contact person.
