My name is April Haizey McCall.

I created HG Photography with the hopes of capturing the best quality photographs for my clients at an afforadable price. I am a freelance photographer always looking for the right setting, the right angles and the perfect lighting. I've been known to literally "stop traffic" just to capture what I felt would be the perfect shot.

Photography is not just a profession for me. Photography is my passion. To capture moments in time that will never come again, and preserve them. I want the observer to study the photographs and try to get the emotions that come from them. To see the beauty in things that may not always "seem" beautiful until it gets put in print. I do anything it takes to get the right shots. From laying on the ground, to climbing ladders. For the right photograph, it's well worth the work and satisfaction that comes when the final prints are complete. I'm open to a variety of styles, but my favorite genres are Modeling Portraits, especially Gothic, and Black and White.

After some of the photographs friends, family, and instructors had seen, it became a whirlwind of support and encouragement to embrace my passion. To further my knowledge, I am currently in college with Photography/Digital Media as my major and Journalism as my minor. I enjoy every minute of it. Because of all the support, I decided to create Haizey Grey Photography.Com. My goal is to own my own photography studio after I complete my Bachelor's Degree in Photography/Digital Media.

I am the main photographer of HG Photography.

I reside in Central Florida with my Fiance' and our two wonderful sons. My hobbies include spending time with my beautiful family and our two Chihuahuas, Maxamillion and Cullen. I love to read just about anything I can get my hands on but I prefer Poetry and I love the works of Rimbaud, Baudelaire, Wilde and Maya Angelou. I am an eclectic music lover as well but my favorite band hails from Helsinki, Finland. "HIM" is the name of the band and one day it would be a dream come true to do a photo shoot for them.
